Declutter (095)
Today, I officially started the process to declutter stuff by selling it. I posted six purses on Mercari and have a few more that I’m debating whether to post for sale. I also have a few that I decided to donate because they aren’t really worth much or likely wouldn’t sell online.
Tomorrow, I will be going through my office closet to find more stuff that I could sell online. There are many things I have purchased from a planner and lifestyle company that I have not used and would sell quickly. I likely will never use them, so I might as well get some money back for them.
After I posted the purses for sale, I answered a phone call from my aunt: “I will pay you to drive me from Beaumont Royal Oak to Wellbridge Brighton.” So, I spent 2.5 unplanned hours on the road today driving her from a hospital to a nursing home. She didn’t know at the beginning of the day that Grannie would be admitted to the hospital when she joined my other aunt and Grannie for a doctor appointment. She drove 2.5 hours one way from home to be with them because the doctor was set to tell Grannie that her mouth cancer was back for the third time, and she was there for support. My other aunt was stuck at the hospital with Grannie, and she wanted to get home before dark. I was happy to help her out.
