Reunion (096)

Mike and I watched the Friends reunion this evening. I was ready to cry more than I actually did. Ended up laughing my ass off a lot, which was quite welcome. It didn’t help the headache that was starting when we hit play, but it was worth it. 

I made the best potatoes today! Try this. Peel and quarter large yellows. Boil with super salty water until cooked through. Let sit for an hour. Spray with avocado oil and sprinkle lightly with Lawry’s seasoning. Air fry at 400º for about 15 minutes, flipping once. They should be crispy on the outside and soft throughout. Serve with a bit of Irish butter. We were finishing them off a couple hours later, after they were room temperature. They were still that good. Be prepared to get thirsty, they are super salty.
