Okay (007)

It’s okay to get online and be vulnerable about the negative aspects of your life. Surely we’ve all shared the positive aspects of our life more than once while hiding away from what’s really going on. All of that positivity? It’s not your whole life; just like all of the negativity is not your whole life. We are all going through something collectively that has made it okay for a lot of people to feel okay about sharing not just the positivity but what’s going on behind the curtain that they may not have made visible before.

The stuff I’m sharing lately, and the stuff that I will be sharing in the book that I’m working on, or thinking about working on, or slowly building up a case of dictated notes on my phone for, is not my entire life. It is stuff that has shaped how I live my life and inspires my reactions to certain events in my life. But it is not my entire life, nor is it the only thing that I think about. That being said, my pressure valve is about to burst and I need to let out some of the steam that has built up over my 35 years. And that’s okay.
